Is it possible to order online?
We are currently only taking orders via telephone, email and in person.
How long will my order take?
We pride ourselves on speedy turnaround — most orders can be completed in 24 hours. Please note the need for design and artworking will attribute to the time taken to complete the job.
Can you deliver to me?
Yes, whilst discussing the order with you we can take down any delivery requirements.
Artwork
How can I supply my artwork
If you have your own artwork, you can send it to us via email or pop in with a memory stick.
Can I see a proof of my product before you print?
Yes, we can send you a digital artwork proof prior to print.
Do I need print-ready files?
The most cost effective solution is to supply your artwork print-ready, however our design team will be more than happy to off artworking services at an hourly rate.
What is bleed and why do I need it?
Bleed is printing that goes beyond the edge of the page before it is trimmed. We need this to prevent any white edges around the edge of the sheet.
What does CMYK mean?
CMYK is the acronym used to describe the four colour process inks used in the printing process. C = Cyan, M = Magenta, Y = Yellow, K = Key (Black). Combinations of these four colour values create the full colour spectrum in printing.
What do I need to be aware of when creating my print file?

Yes, simply send us our artwork via email or pop in to see us.
Can you design my artwork?
Yes, we have a fully equipped design studio filled with talented designers who will be more than happy to create your artwork at an hourly rate.
How much do the artwork and design services cost?
Depending on the nature of the product and scale we charge an hourly rate for this service.

What does GSM mean?
GSM stands for ‘Grams per Square Metre’. It is a measurement used to determine the weight of paper. Typically, the higher the GSM, the thicker the paper or card.
Does CPW offer spot colours?
We can print spot colours using our lithographic machines, however they are not available on our digitallyprinted products.
What kind of finishing is available?
We offer many finishing techniques such as folding, creasing, binding, laminating, spot varnish, embossing and much more. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
What can I do if I’m unsatisfied with a product?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you feel the product has been unsatisfactory, speak to one of our helpful members of staff and we will offer a free reprint.
I can’t see a size or quantity next to the product. What does this mean?
If we haven’t specified a size or quantity for a product, don’t worry, this is because we have too many to list! If you’ve seen a product like this and you’d like to know more, you can give us a call or pop in to speak to one of our helpful members of staff.
